Annunciata la selezione ufficiale del Festival di Cannes 2023
L’attesa era alle stelle per la conferenza stampa annuale del Festival del Cinema di Cannes sugli Champs-Élysées di Parigi, dove il direttore del festival Thierry Fremaux ha svelato la Selezione Ufficiale per la 76ª edizione. La selezione comprende film di Wes Anderson, Hirokazu Kore-eda, Wim Wenders, Ken Loach, Todd Haynes e Steve McQueen.
Come precedentemente annunciato, Jeanne du Barry di Maiwenn, con la regista al fianco di Johnny Depp, aprirà il festival il 16 maggio. Il regista svedese Ruben Östlund, vincitore del Palma d’Or per due volte, presiederà la giuria che voterà sui premi principali del festival nella competizione internazionale.
Tra i titoli precedentemente annunciati ci sono Killers Of The Flowers Moon di Martin Scorsese, Indiana Jones And The Dial Of Destiny e Strange Way Of Life di Pedro Almodovar.
La 76esima edizione del festival si svolgerà dal 16 al 27 maggio.
